*sigh* haa~ its been so long since I last updated my blog...well, needed to find time to do it though...and now the time has come. =D
Anyways...this post is all about my phone...the HTC SENSATION. Its not a new phone but it is a very good model from HTC. Not many own an HTC smartphone...I don't know why...but I like HTC models. =)
Here's a basic pic of how the phone looks like just in case u guys dont recognize it...
HTC Sensation Original / 4G / Z710e
HTC Sensation XE
HTC Sensation XL
There are slight difference from all the 3 Sensation models above....but I'm not going into that. Since there are already so many different blogs, entries, and whatsoever on this 3 models.
Moving on....
What I am going to talk about is the all new Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) or Android 4.0 from Google.
The android 4.0 is the latest Android version. It is still not in its final release if my knowledge serves me right. Pls correct me if I'm worng... Whats the difference? Well it just basically means that the 4.0 version of android is better than the ones before. But it all depends on the user. But as far as my experience with the ICS...I am liking it. ^_^
Lets start things off with my homescreen and lockscreen...here's how it looks...

.png)
The 1st picture is the lockscreen and on the 2nd is my homescreen.
If u notice...the ring in the lockscreen is no longer bind to the plain stock silver metallic lockring by HTC.
For now, I dont know wether there are custom lockrings or not but mine came with the custom skin by jerrytan93.
I like the cool glowing lockring effect... ^_^
Here's a link to where I got it...just in case for those of u who want it....or not..

AGAIN! CREDITS TO JERRYTAN93 for the cool skin... ^_^
Don't forget to hit the >>>>>> THANKS <<<<<<<< button...
Next we go to the notification...and the quick sttings.

And yet again...the settings have been modified to being simpler than what it used to be...although... I was kinda wondering...before the ICS, my total memory was around 768MB bu now its gone down to 583MB. I dunno wether its a bug or something but...it does kinda make me wonder. But so far, no system hang...I have quite a few heavy games in my phone running this ICS and surprisingly there are no hangs or FCs for that matter. Oh, btw... FC stands for Force Close for those of u who arent familiar with these terms.
Although, I still kinda like the extended quick settings which in my opinion really made it quick for me to access certain settings without going in too deep into the settings.
Just for ure information, the WiFi connection can be pressed either at the wifi icon or at the place written "Disconnected". By clicking those places, u will be brought to the wifi section of the phone.
Again the same thing with the additional settings. U may click at the icon to the right to enter settings straight away. Everything works just fine for a Beta version. The bluetooth works fine, wifi n hotspot works fine, and as u all can see I am on mobile network and it works fine too. If u notice, the "Save Power" seems to be dimmed and that is because I am charging the phone. Although, if u enable this...ure phone will go into a mode where it is in a state of sleep n awake hybrid. What I mean is that ure phone is at a state as if it is running low on battery. So, just be sure not to enable this if u have ample of battery life. =)
This is the application drawer...

It is the stock drawer and this is not the Rossie verion. The rossie version gives u a semi-transparent background in ure drawer and it is a 5x5 grid. As u can see, mine is a 4x5 drawer. Its all up to u wether to install the rossie version or not. I prefer not to. Coz 5x5 seems too messy for me...I dun mind scrolling more than having it look messy.
Here is a preview of what is 'under the hood'... XD

Well...what more can I say...see for ureself. Take note that my Sensation is the original. So, it is supposed to run at 1.2Ghz. But since I am using the Sensation XE's kernel...dat is why I am getting the 1.5Ghz. It is supperbly fast.
Another note to be taken here is the HTC Sense version. According to HTC, there is going to be a release of HTC Sense 4.0 which claiming to be the official Sense for the ICS. According to trusted sources...the Sense 4.0 is much more better. So, I will be waiting for it and hope to get the ICS final release altogether. ^_^
Last but not least...the music and camera... =D

Now as u can see....the music interface has also gotten a new facelift from the previous version. The camera interface also has a new facelift. And the pictures are still in satisfaction... =)
Oh...btw...I do have the Beats Audio enabled on my phone. ^_~
The picture in the image shown may seem kinda blurry...but dats coz I was in a hurry to capture it...coz I have class tomorrow...so need to sleep early... XD
Well, that wraps it up for now...Its not much that I can show...these are only bits and pieces on whats new. There are others but...I think I'll let u guys discover those on ure own... ^_^ (provided that u have an HTC Sensation).
Anyways....see u guys next time...
